Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Chris White Global (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. We follow the UK GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Portuguese data protection law.

What we collect
- Enquiry and booking forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, what you are interested in, your role (on the agent enquiry form) and your message.
- Inner Circle sign-up: your first name and email address.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider logs automatically for security, and which are shared with Google when your browser loads the fonts we use.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
- To reply to your enquiry or arrange a call — because you asked us to (steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering).
- To send you the Inner Circle newsletter — with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
- Our website host and email providers, who store and deliver your messages for us.
- The relevant company in Chris White’s group when your enquiry is about its services, for example Ideal Homes, International Property Alerts, First Class Currencies or The Overseas Property Show, so that the right team can help you.
- For enquiries about joining eXp Realty: eXp Realty, so your application can be handled.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@chriswhite.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
